Brut Reserve is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that showcases the ripe fruit flavors characteristic of Napa in balance with the rich, toastiness of yeast aging. To create this complex sparkling wine, Mumm selects some of their more powerful cuvees as blend components, building weight and intensity without sacrificing the bright fruit characters that bring freshness.
